CEO
A seasoned business leader and CEO of Season Culture (Singapore) and Season Entertainment Productions (Macau), with over a decade of experience in the performance and events industry. A pioneer in developing small- to medium-scale and VIP performances in Macau, she has created high-value shows for major resorts and gaming operators, contributing to record international visitor numbers. With a strong regional network across Asia, she continues to drive cultural, live broadcast, and large-scale entertainment projects worldwide.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A Singapore-born entrepreneur with over two decades of international experience across entertainment, branding, and production. A USC graduate in Business Administration with a minor in Musical Theatre, he built a successful career in performance and media across Singapore and Taiwan, later founding a production company serving global brands. As Managing Partner of Branding Shanghai, he led major international cultural and city-branding initiatives with prominent global partners. Returning to Singapore, he contributed to national COVID-19 efforts and large-scale fundraising, and now brings his expertise to Season Culture, producing world-class concerts and events worldwide.
PROJECT DIRECTOR
A Berklee College of Music graduate with over 30 years of experience across music production, publishing, and entertainment management. He has worked with legendary artists such as Jacky Cheung and Andy Lau, and held senior leadership roles at Universal Music Publishing Taiwan, Warner/Chappell Music Asia Pacific, and Orange Sky Entertainment Group. Renowned for producing landmark festivals, tours, and musical theatre productions, he now focuses on music innovation, international IP development, and digital rights marketing across Asia’s entertainment industry.
PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
He is a highly respected music producer in the Chinese music industry, having collaborated with many renowned artists across genres. His leadership roles include serving as Music Director at Disney Taiwan and Asian Production Director at DreamWorks, where he oversaw localized productions of major films. Beyond records and film, he is a key music director for major television programs and prestigious award ceremonies, bringing deep expertise across music, film, and broadcast production.
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
He is a leading authority in large-scale live event production with over 24 years of experience delivering Asia’s most iconic concerts, ceremonies, and sporting events. Known for his end-to-end production expertise and meticulous technical standards, he has worked with global artists and powered landmark events such as the Singapore Grand Prix, National Day Parades, and SEA Games ceremonies. Blending creative vision with technical precision, Alan consistently creates immersive, world-class live experiences.
